Try it free first — there's a free plan and a 14-day trial. Monthly fees aren't refunded once a period starts, annual plans can be refunded pro-rata in the first 14 days, and genuine billing mistakes are always refunded in full.
1. Free trial first
Every workspace starts with a free trial and a Free plan exists — evaluate fully before paying. No card is required to start.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly fees are non-refundable once the period starts; cancel anytime to stop future charges and keep access to the end of the paid month.
3. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within the first 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, cancellation stops renewal; the remaining period stays active.
4. Billing mistakes
Charged twice or charged after cancelling? Contact support@dopave.net within 30 days — verified billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method (bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days).
