Everything you need to set up your workspace and get your team productive.
Getting started
What this system is
This is an all-in-one platform to run a company: sales (CRM), delivery (projects), people (HR), money (finance), and everything in between. Each company gets its own private, branded workspace reached at your own web address.
Everything is bilingual (English + Arabic with right-to-left), works in light and dark mode, and every screen respects each person's role and permissions.

New here? Read this Getting started group in order, then jump to the module you need from the sidebar.
Signing in
Each company signs in on its own address, e.g. yourcompany.<domain>/login. Your credentials only work on your own workspace — they are checked against your company's private database.
1Open your workspace login page and enter your email and password.
2Use the eye icon to reveal the password if needed, then press Sign in.
3You land on the Dashboard — your company's overview.
Forgot which address to use? A team admin can share your workspace subdomain. Demo accounts (if provided) all use the same shared password.
The workspace at a glance
The screen has three parts: the left sidebar (your modules), the top bar (tools + your account), and the main area (the page you're on).
Area
What it does
Left sidebar
Only the modules your role can open. Click to navigate.
Top bar
Work timer, attendance, notifications, theme, language, sign out.
Main area
The current page — lists, forms, boards and reports.
The sidebar only shows what you're allowed to use, so two people may see different menus — that's your permissions at work, not a bug.
Language & dark mode
Switch language and appearance anytime from the top bar. Your choice is remembered on your device.
1Press the language button (العربية / English) to switch language and direction (Arabic is right-to-left).
2Press the sun/moon button to switch between light and dark mode.
Core concepts
Roles & permissions
Every person has a role (CEO/Admin, Manager, Finance, HR, Member, Sales…). A role is a bundle of permissions per module, checked as four actions: view, create, edit, delete. Permissions are enforced on both the screen and the server, so hiding a button is backed by a real block.
1Open Roles & Permissions from the sidebar (admins only).
2Pick a role and toggle what it can do per module.
3Create custom roles, and grant or revoke a single permission for one person as an override.
Give the fewest permissions each role needs. Only trusted admins should have the Roles & Permissions module.
Modules & plans
Features are grouped into modules (CRM, Projects, HR, Finance…). Your subscription plan decides which modules are available; roles then decide who can use them. Some modules (like CRM or Real Estate) can be added on top of a plan.

Test Mode (safe previews)
Test Mode is a change log + checklist for new features. Testers see a flask icon and a workspace where every recent change is explained in plain language, with a personal checklist and a place to leave feedback.
Every new feature is added to Test Mode automatically so your team can review it before relying on it.
AI assistant
Set up with AI
When you create a workspace, an AI consultant can design it for you. It asks a few plain questions about your business — your team size, what you sell, and what you want to do — then recommends the right plan and modules, with a reason for each. You review the proposal, adjust anything, and it builds the workspace.
1From your account dashboard, click “Set up with AI”.
2Answer the short interview (team size, goals, what you sell).
3Review the recommended plan + modules, edit anything, then create.
This is free to you — it runs on our AI. You always get a full 14-day trial, and nothing is locked in: add or remove modules anytime.
The AI copilot — ask & do
Every workspace has a floating “Ask AI” button. It does two things: it answers “how do I…” questions using this documentation, and it can do tasks for you from plain language — like “add a lead for Ahmed, phone 010…”. Simple, safe actions (add a lead, client, or meeting) happen right away; anything sensitive (like creating an invoice) asks you to confirm first.
Ask
How do I…?
Or tell
Add a lead…
It acts
safe = auto
Confirm
risky = ask first
It works across the whole system, not just CRM. It can CREATE records — leads, clients, meetings, projects, contracts, services, processes, suppliers, inventory items and warehouses, properties, invoices and expenses; ADD to existing ones — a note on a lead, a task on a project, a contact on a client, a support ticket; UPDATE them — move a lead to Won, mark a task done, resolve a ticket; ASSIGN work — hand a lead, task or ticket to a team member by name; SCHEDULE — set a task's due date, a project deadline, or reschedule a meeting (it understands “Friday” or “next week”); and SEND — WhatsApp or SMS a lead (this always asks you to confirm first, since it goes out to a customer). It finds records by name (asking which one if there are several), only ever offers actions you already have permission for, and works in English and Arabic — respecting your plan and roles exactly like the rest of the app.
It can also answer questions about your data — “how many leads do I have?”, “how many active clients?”, “how many open tickets?”, “how much is outstanding?” — respecting what you're allowed to see.
Prefer talking? Tap the microphone to speak your request (voice → text), and turn on the speaker to hear replies read aloud — both in Arabic or English.
The AI Assistant is a priced add-on (flat, unlimited fair use). Without it, the assistant still answers from the documentation for free.
Feature requests
Need something the platform doesn't do yet? Ask the AI assistant, or go to Settings → Feature requests and describe it. Your request goes straight to our team, who review every one — to quote it as custom work or add it to the roadmap. You can track its status (New → Reviewing → Planned → Quoted → Done) and see our notes on your requests page.
CRM & Sales
Leads & pipeline
A lead is a potential customer. The CRM tracks each lead from first contact to a won deal, on a simple pipeline of stages.
New
Contacted
Qualified
Proposal
Won
1Open CRM from the sidebar. Press New lead and fill name, company, email, phone, source and value.
2Open a lead to log activities (calls, notes, meetings) on its timeline.
3Use the Pipeline view to drag leads between stages as they progress.
4When you win, press Convert to turn the lead into a Client + Contact + a won Deal.
Assign each lead an owner (a sales rep). Owners are notified, and reps only see the leads they're allowed to.
Email a lead directly from their page: each lead has an email thread with a composer, and every send is tracked — you see when the email was opened and when a link inside it was clicked. Replies (via the inbound email connection) land in the same thread. Addresses that unsubscribed from your campaigns are automatically protected from one-to-one sends too. Sequences take it further: build a multi-step drip (day 0 intro, day 3 follow-up, …) under CRM → Sequences and enroll leads — steps go out automatically through the same tracked thread, and the moment a lead replies, their drip stops on its own.
Email campaigns
Send bulk email to a segment of your leads. Build an audience by stage/source, personalize with merge tags ({{name}}, {{company}}), and track opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
1From CRM, press Campaigns. Create a template and a campaign, then choose the audience.
2Press Build audience to materialize recipients (unsubscribed people are excluded).
3Send now or schedule for later. Watch opens/clicks on the campaign page.
Without an email provider key, sends are simulated (recipients marked sent) so you can test the whole flow safely.
Automation rules
Automate follow-ups: when something happens to a lead (created, stage changed, assigned, or idle too long), run an action (send email, notify the owner, add a note, or move stage).
Trigger
e.g. lead idle
Conditions
e.g. stage = New
Action
e.g. notify owner
1From CRM, press Automation. Create a rule and pick a trigger.
2Add optional conditions, then choose the action and its message.
3Toggle the rule on. Watch fire counts and the recent activity log.
WhatsApp & SMS
Message a lead directly from their page via WhatsApp or SMS, and use the same channels in automation. Messages personalize with merge tags and are logged on the lead's timeline.
Messaging runs in a safe simulated mode until you add provider keys (Twilio for SMS, WhatsApp Cloud API).
Resellers & custom fields
Resellers let external partners bring in leads; each reseller's reps see only their own leads, and you get a per-reseller KPI leaderboard. Custom fields let you add your own fields to leads (text, number, select…) without code.
Real-estate edition
An add-on for property businesses: manage Properties and their Units (code, bedrooms, area, price, status: available/reserved/sold), and link a lead to the unit they're interested in.
1Enable the Real Estate add-on (Settings → Subscription).
2Open Real Estate, add a property, then add units under it.
3On a lead, pick the interested unit; change unit status inline as deals progress.
Facebook/Instagram lead ads
Automatically turn Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads into CRM leads. Connect your Page in Settings → Integrations; new ad leads flow in and trigger your automations.
Requires a Meta app + Page access token. See Administration → Integrations to connect.
Marketing
The Marketing module
Marketing is an AI-native, Arabic-first engine that lives inside the same workspace as your CRM, projects and finance — so marketing, delivery and revenue are connected. It's a paid add-on module: open it from the sidebar once it's on your plan.
The Marketing hub gathers everything in one place:
Content
AI, bilingual
Channels
email · WhatsApp · ads
Leads
into the CRM
Revenue
attribution
Everything is bilingual (English + Arabic, right-to-left) and respects roles: only people with Marketing access see it.
AI Content Studio
Generate marketing content in English and Arabic together, with an Egyptian or Standard (formal) tone. Every piece passes a brand-safety and Arabic-correctness quality gate before it can be approved.
1Open Marketing → AI Content Studio and click New content.
2Write a short brief, pick a channel (social, email, WhatsApp, ad) and an Arabic tone, then Generate.
3Review the English and Arabic side by side and edit if needed.
4When the quality check passes, Approve it. If it fails, fix the flagged issue first.
Content with risky over-claims ("guaranteed", "best in the world") or Arabic that isn't in Arabic script is blocked from approval until fixed. This keeps every published piece on-brand and compliant.
Without an AI key the studio produces a bilingual template (marked "Template"). Add a GEMINI_API_KEY to switch on real generation.
Revenue attribution
Because your CRM, clients and finance share one database, Marketing can show which sources actually earned money — not just clicks. It traces every marketing source all the way to real revenue:
Source
Ads, Referral…
Lead
Client
converted
Invoice
EGP
Open Marketing → Revenue attribution to see, per source: leads, conversion rate, open pipeline, won value, and the amount invoiced and collected (in EGP). Cancelled invoices are excluded.
WhatsApp funnels & seasonal packs
Two region-first growth tools under Marketing → WhatsApp funnels & seasonal campaigns.
1Click-to-WhatsApp: enter a number and a pre-filled message to get a wa.me link — put it in your Instagram bio, ad buttons or a QR code so a tap opens WhatsApp ready to chat.
2Seasonal packs: pick a ready-made pack (Ramadan, Eid, Saudi/UAE National Day, White Friday) and click Create draft — it becomes a bilingual content draft (checked by the quality gate) in the Content Studio.
Pair the WhatsApp link with an Automation rule that sends a follow-up within 10 minutes of a new lead — replies within 10 minutes dramatically raise contact rates.
Campaign copilot
Describe a goal in plain language and the copilot plans a full multi-step, multi-channel bilingual campaign for you to review and launch.
1Open Marketing → Campaign copilot, describe your goal and pick an Arabic tone.
2The copilot proposes a sequence of steps across channels (e.g. teaser → announcement → reminder → last call), each in English and Arabic and each checked by the quality gate.
3Review the plan, then Create these drafts — each step lands in the Content Studio for a final edit and approval.
The copilot keeps you in control: nothing is sent automatically — you review the plan and approve each piece.
Support & helpdesk
How the helpdesk works
The Helpdesk is a paid add-on module for handling customer support. Customers raise tickets, your team resolves them through stages, and every ticket keeps a full conversation. It reuses your Clients, Team and notifications.
New
In progress
Waiting
Solved
Closed
Give a teammate the built-in Support role (Roles & Permissions) so they can work the helpdesk without full access to everything else.
Helpdesk → Reports shows ticket volume, average resolution time, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction and a per-agent workload table.
Working tickets (your team)
1Open Helpdesk from the sidebar. Use the board to see tickets by stage, or the list view.
2Open a ticket to read the conversation. Set its priority, assign it to a teammate (they get notified), and move it through the stages.
3Reply to the customer, or add an internal note — internal notes stay visible to your team only, never to the customer.
4Create a ticket yourself (e.g. from a phone call) with New ticket.
In Helpdesk → Settings you set resolution SLA hours per priority (tickets show an "Overdue" badge once past their deadline), auto-assign new tickets to a teammate, and save canned replies your agents can insert with one click.
Forward your support inbox to the webhook shown in Settings and emails become tickets automatically. Overdue tickets are escalated once a day — managers and the assignee are notified.
The customer portal
Customers don't need a login. Share your support page and they can open and follow their own tickets with a private link.
1Customers open a ticket at yourworkspace/support — they get a private tracking link to bookmark.
2On that link they see the status, read your replies and reply back. A customer reply on a solved ticket reopens it.
3Once a ticket is solved, the customer can rate the support (1–5 stars) with a comment — shown to your team on the ticket.
Copy a ticket's portal link from its detail page to send it to the customer directly.
Team chat
Team Chat is a paid add-on for internal messaging — direct messages between teammates and named channels for groups. Anyone with a login can chat; there's nothing to configure. It reuses your team and notifications, so it works the moment the add-on is enabled.
Direct messages
1:1 with a teammate
Channels
private or public groups
Record chatter

Direct messages & channels — the main Chat page.
1Open Chat from the sidebar. Under People, click a teammate to start a direct message.
2Use the + next to Channels to create a private group or a public channel and pick who's in it.
3Type a message and send. New messages, unread counts and online status refresh automatically every few seconds.
4The composer is multi-line — press Enter to send, Shift+Enter for a new line. Scroll up and press Load earlier messages to read the full history; you'll also see when someone is typing.
In any conversation you can @mention a teammate — start typing @ and pick from the list — and they get a notification. You can also attach a file, and edit or delete your own messages. A green dot shows when the other person is online.
Record discussion (chatter) — talk about one specific record in its own place.
1Open a project or a client. Scroll to the Discussion panel at the bottom of the page.
2Post an internal note about that record. @mention a teammate to notify them — the notification links straight back to this record.
3Edit or delete your own notes anytime. Notes are internal to your team and never shown to the client.
Chat and record discussion are part of the same Team Chat add-on. If it isn't enabled, the Chat page and the Discussion panels simply don't appear.
Scope & delivery governance
Discovery & scope baseline
Before you sign a contract, agree the scope precisely. From a lead, open Discovery & scope to capture requirements as line items — each with a priority (Must/Should/Could/Won't), acceptance criteria and a 3-point estimate — plus assumptions and a client-dependency list with due dates.
Capture scope
items + estimates
Management sign-off
CEO / Manager
Client approves
no-login link
Baseline frozen
= Exhibit A
1Open a lead → Discovery & scope. Add scope items with estimates, plus assumptions and client dependencies.
2Set the contract model (fixed / time & materials) and an hourly rate to price the effort.
3Management approves, then copy the client link and send it — the client reviews and approves without logging in.
4Once both approve, press Freeze baseline. The signed scope becomes the contract's record.
The client-dependency list is your anti-delay evidence: if the client is late providing something, it's logged with a due date.
Change control
After the baseline is frozen, any new work goes through a Change Request: it's estimated (showing the effort + cost delta), approved by management and the client, then applied as a new baseline version. This turns scope creep into billable, tracked change.
1On a baselined discovery, open the Change requests section and create one.
2Add the new scope items — the system shows the effort and cost impact.
3Management approves in-app; the client approves on the same link. Then press Apply.
AI: SRS & task breakdown
Turn the agreed scope into a readable Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and a proposed task/subtask breakdown with estimates — generated for you, always as an editable draft to review.
1In the discovery workspace, open the AI panel and press Generate SRS, then edit and save.
2Press Generate tasks to get epics → tasks → subtasks with a total effort.
Works with a built-in template out of the box, and uses Google Gemini when a key is configured. Output is always a draft — review before sharing.
Timeline & client delays
Forecast a delivery schedule (a simple Gantt) from the task breakdown, set a planned start and hours/day, and see the estimated finish. When a client dependency is late, the finish date shifts by exactly that many days — your evidence.
The "Client delays" summary shows total days lost and per-item lateness — put it in front of a client or on an invoice.
Git activity & reports
Connect GitHub repositories to see commits per developer (delivery transparency, not a scoreboard), and email managers a daily activity digest.
2Press Sync now to pull recent commits. Commits are matched to team members by their git email.
3Per project: open a project and use the Code activity panel to connect a repository to that project — its commits and per-developer summary then appear right on the project page.
Needs a GitHub token (per-repo or an app-wide one). Manager emails need an email provider key.
Projects & tasks
Projects & the board
A project holds the work for one client engagement: a Kanban board of tasks, phases, requirements, quotations, change requests and a team.
1Open Projects → New project. Set name, client, PM, status, dates and budget.
2Open the project to use the board: create tasks in columns (Backlog / To-do / In progress / Done).
3Open a task to set assignee, priority, due date, estimate, subtasks and comments.
Backlog
To-do
In progress

Attachments (documents & screenshots)
Attach documents and screenshots when creating a project, task or subtask, and add or remove them anytime through the project's life. Files are stored securely and shown with download links.
1In a task or project form, use the Attachments field to upload files (PDF, images, Office docs).
2On the project detail page, add or delete files anytime.
File storage must be enabled (Vercel Blob). Without it, the uploader shows a friendly "storage not configured" note.
Projects Pro (upgrade)
Projects Pro is a paid add-on that upgrades the projects module into a ClickUp/Jira-class experience. The basic board stays free; Pro unlocks drag-and-drop, colored labels, a rich task panel, time tracking, and extra views. Non-Pro workspaces keep the standard board.

1Enable it from Settings → Subscription (or it's included in the Early Adopter plan). A "Pro" badge appears on the project.
2Colored labels: manage them on the project, then tag any task; filter the board by label.
3Drag cards between stages and reorder them; each stage can have a WIP limit. Add tasks inline with the + button.
4Click a card to open the task panel: description, status, assignee, dates, labels, subtasks, attachments and comments with @mentions.
5Track time: start/stop a live timer or log time manually; see logged-vs-estimate per task.
6Switch views with the tabs — Board, List, Calendar, Timeline — and use the filter bar (search, assignee, priority, label) across all of them.
Press "/" anywhere on the board to jump to search. Everything works in Arabic (RTL) and dark mode.
HR: people, attendance & payroll
Team, leave & reviews
HR manages team members, departments, leave requests, performance reviews and onboarding. Each member can be linked to a login account and given a base salary for payroll.
1Open HR. Add team members, set their department, title and status.
2Approve or reject leave requests — approved leave counts as excused in attendance.
3Set each member's base salary (used by payroll).
Attendance: locations & policy
First, an admin sets up where and when people work. Define work locations with a geofence radius (default 1 km), assign them to employees (or allow "any place"), and set the attendance policy.
1HR → Attendance & locations. Add a location (use "Use my current location" to grab coordinates), set the radius.
2Assign locations to each employee, or toggle "Any place" for staff who work from anywhere.
3Toggle "Flexible hours" for an employee who isn't tied to a fixed start time — they're never marked late and just need to work their required hours per day (default 8, editable per person).
4Set the policy: working days, start/end time, lateness grace, allowed absences & lates per month, and deduction rules. (The policy start time only affects non-flexible employees.)
Location check needs the employee to allow location in their browser, over HTTPS. By default, checking in outside the zone is allowed but flagged; you can switch on hard-blocking in the policy.
Attendance: checking in & the work timer
Each employee checks in and out from their workplace. The system captures their location, checks they're within their zone, and marks them Present or Late automatically. A separate work timer in the header tracks time spent working in the system.
Check in

records hours
1Press the attendance icon in the top bar (or open My attendance). Press Check in and allow location.
2At the end of the day, press Check out — your worked hours are recorded.
3Use the header timer (▷) to start/stop a personal work stopwatch anytime — this is separate from attendance.
Managers can open HR → Attendance to see a live "Who's in now" board.
Monthly summary
Every check-in rolls up into a monthly picture per employee: present days, late count, absences, excused (leave) days and hours worked. An absence is a working day with neither a check-in nor approved leave. Lates/absences beyond the policy allowance are flagged — and become payroll deductions.
1HR → Attendance → Monthly summary. Navigate months with the arrows.
2Employees see their own "This month" card on the My attendance page.
Payroll
At month end, generate payroll. For each employee: net pay = base salary − deductions, where deductions apply only to absences/lates beyond the policy allowance (× your deduction rules × a day's pay). Then approve and mark as paid.

Mark paid
1HR → Payroll. Pick the month and press Generate payroll.
2Review each payslip (base · absences/lates · deductions · net), then Approve.
3When paid, press Mark paid. Approved runs are locked from changes.
Payroll is a configurable draft to help you calculate — it is not tax or legal advice. Taxes and social insurance should be reviewed by your accountant.
Finance, contracts & reports
Finance (invoices & expenses)
Track invoices and expenses, and see margins roll up per project and across the company. Invoice statuses (Paid / Pending / Overdue) drive the dashboard's cash view.
1Open Finance → New invoice. Choose client/project, amount, dates and status.
2Add expenses to see project margins (invoiced − expenses).
Contracts
Store agreements against clients and projects, with key dates. Use them to keep renewal and expiry dates visible.
Reports & dashboard
The Dashboard is your company overview — KPIs, charts and "needs attention" alerts, each section gated to what your role can see. Reports add deeper dashboards. All charts are built-in (no spreadsheets).
Company & services
Set your company profile, mission, vision and values (Company), and define the services you sell with their pricing model (Services). These feed proposals and projects.
Operations & retail
Inventory & warehousing
Track stock across warehouses. Every item has a live on-hand quantity per warehouse, and every movement (receipt, sale, adjustment, transfer) is written to an append-only ledger, so the numbers are always explainable. Items below their reorder point are flagged.
2Adjust or transfer stock; each change lands on the item's move ledger.
3Website store products link to inventory items, so online sales draw down the same stock.
Camera barcode scanning: tap Scan barcode on the inventory list (or in the POS register) and point your phone's camera at a barcode or QR code — the matching item opens (or lands in the cart) instantly. Works on supported browsers with no extra hardware; USB scanners keep working through the search box.
Inventory is the base for Purchasing and Point of Sale — both draw on the same shared stock.
Purchasing
Manage suppliers and purchase orders. Create a PO, mark it ordered, then receive goods — receiving raises stock in the chosen warehouse (through the same inventory ledger) and updates the item's cost. Partial receiving is supported.
1Add suppliers, then create a purchase order with line items.
2Mark it Ordered, then Receive (fully or partially) into a warehouse.
Point of Sale
A cashier register for in-person sales. Open a session with a cash float, ring up items (tap, type a barcode/SKU, or scan it with the phone's camera), take payment by cash, card, or a pay-by-link/QR, and close the session with a counted-cash reconciliation. Each sale lowers stock and posts a paid invoice to Finance.
Card pay-by-link uses your configured payment gateway (Integrations). Without keys it runs a safe simulated flow.
SIRI Readiness (Industry 4.0)
Assess your factory's Industry-4.0 maturity on the 16 dimensions of the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) — Process, Technology and Organisation — each scored in 6 bands. Set a target band and a business impact per dimension, and the module computes your scores, ranks your priority gaps (gap × impact), and recommends which Dopave modules close each one. Re-assess over time to track progress.
The package also includes your shopfloor foundation: a machine & asset registry (criticality, line/area), one-tap downtime reporting with reason codes and an availability figure per machine, preventive-maintenance plans that automatically generate due tasks and notify managers, and a live event feed. Machines can stream readings and events straight into the system through a secure ingest webhook — any PLC gateway, Node-RED flow or SCADA exporter that can send JSON works, with no extra hardware requirements from us. On top of that data the package computes OEE (availability × performance × quality) per machine with conventional benchmark bands, tracks utility meters (electricity, water, gas) with consumption and cost, versions each product's bill of materials through approved engineering-change requests, and closes the organisational loop with a training competency matrix (fed by the Learning module) and a governed Industry-4.0 goals roadmap tied to the SIRI dimensions.
This is a simplified self-assessment inspired by the official SIRI framework (INCIT). The official bands and the SIRI Star emblem come only from an Official SIRI Assessment conducted by a certified assessor — this module prepares you for it.
Workplace & learning
Calendar
A shared calendar for meetings, events and reminders. Create an event, invite team members (they get a notification and can accept/decline), and optionally link it to a client, lead or project. View by month or as an agenda.
Events (with QR check-in)
Run events with public registration and QR check-in. Publish an event with a capacity, share its public registration link, and each attendee gets a QR ticket. Staff scan the ticket with any phone camera (or check in manually) to mark attendance; live stats show registered vs checked-in.
1Create and publish an event (capacity, registration open).
2Share the public register link or QR poster; attendees register and get a QR ticket.
3At the door, staff open the ticket's QR to check the attendee in.
Learning (LMS)
Build training courses with lessons (embedded video), enroll people, and track their progress. Add a graded quiz that gates completion, then issue a printable bilingual certificate when a learner finishes. Course reports show enrolled/completed and completion rate.
Website & accounting
Website builder & store
Build a professional website from ready-made sections (hero, services, testimonials, FAQ, contact) on pro themes — no coding. Publish it on your workspace address or your own custom domain. A contact form turns visitors into CRM leads, and the online store turns a cart into a paid order that posts to Finance and Clients.
Start from an industry template — restaurant, agency, real estate, online shop, clinic or portfolio — and get a complete multi-page site with professionally written Arabic + English copy, a matching theme, and a working contact page in one click. Then customize: 21 section types (video, pricing tables, logos, columns, maps, social links and more), and a per-section style panel for background washes, spacing and alignment. The editor works like a modern page builder: drag sections to reorder them, duplicate a section or a whole page, and switch the live preview between desktop and mobile. A Custom form section embeds any form you built under CRM → Forms — your own fields, with every submission stored (and, in lead mode, turned into a CRM lead). The online store got a full shopping experience: click any product for a detail view with an image gallery, full description, quantity picker and reviews (shareable by link), and let visitors browse by category with one-tap filters.
Pricing is always server-authoritative (the site never trusts prices sent by the browser). Payments route through your configured gateway (Integrations).
Accounting
A light double-entry accounting core on top of Finance: a chart of accounts, manual journal entries, fiscal periods, bank reconciliation, and reports (trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, VAT return, AR/AP aging). Invoices and expenses can auto-post to the ledger.
Amounts are marked as a working draft, not tax or legal advice.
Documents (DMS)
A document store with nested folders and per-document version history, backed by secure file storage. Upload contracts, deliverables and references, organize them in folders, and keep a full version trail. Includes a lightweight built-in e-signature request flow.
Administration
Recycle bin & deletion audit
Every delete button across the whole app now opens a confirmation dialog first — nothing is deleted on a single click. On top of that, deletions of a team member, project, task, client or lead are recorded with who did it, when, and a full snapshot of the data (including attached records like attendance or tasks). Admins can restore any deleted record with one click from Settings → Recycle bin. Nightly automated backups keep 30 days of full database copies on top of the platform's built-in history.
Branding & settings
Admins can make the workspace their own: set the company name, logo and theme colour, and hide modules the team doesn't use. Changes apply live across the app.
1Open Settings. Set brand name, logo URL and primary colour.
2Hide any modules the team shouldn't see. Save — the shell rebrands instantly.
Subscription & billing
See your plan, trial or renewal date and invoices under Billing. Add or remove optional modules (like CRM or Real Estate) under Settings → Subscription; the monthly price updates live.
1Settings → Subscription. Toggle add-on modules; watch the live total.
2Open Billing to subscribe or pay. A locked (unpaid) workspace can recover with Pay now.
Integrations
Integrations is its own module in the sidebar (under Administration) — one place to connect every external service yourself, no code or technical setup, like installing plugins. Open it, pick a service, paste your keys, and Test the connection.
Cards are grouped by category (AI · Payments · SMS · WhatsApp · Email · Shipping…) with a search box. Each integration stays dormant and safe until you enter its key, so nothing calls a paid service by accident. Your keys are encrypted and never shown again.

Workflows (no-code automation)
Workflows automate your business across ALL modules, with no code: when something happens (a lead arrives, a client is added, a ticket opens, an invoice or store order is paid, a project starts), run a sequence of steps — notify managers, send an email, add a note to the record, create a task in a project, or send a WhatsApp/SMS.
1Open Workflows from the sidebar (Administration) and click “New workflow”.
2Pick the trigger event, and optionally add conditions (e.g. only when source equals Website).
3Add one or more steps in order — use {{merge_tags}} like {{name}} to personalize.
4Save. Every run (or skip) is logged in Recent activity with per-step results.

Emails and WhatsApp/SMS steps are safe by default: without provider keys they are simulated, not actually sent. CRM-only lead automations (including idle-lead timers) also live in CRM → Automation.
Platform owner console
The platform owner (you, as the provider) manages all companies from a separate console: create workspaces, assign or change plans, suspend and reactivate, and migrate a company to its own server. This is separate from any single company's login.
Each company's data lives in its own private database, so companies can never see each other's data.
