Change control

After the baseline is frozen, any new work goes through a Change Request: it's estimated (showing the effort + cost delta), approved by management and the client, then applied as a new baseline version. This turns scope creep into billable, tracked change.

1. 1On a baselined discovery, open the Change requests section and create one.
2. 2Add the new scope items — the system shows the effort and cost impact.
3. 3Management approves in-app; the client approves on the same link. Then press Apply.
