Terms of Service

Pay monthly or yearly for the plan you pick, use it lawfully, and cancel whenever you like — your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your business data stays yours and you can export it at any time.
1. The service
Dopave is a subscription business-management platform (CRM, projects, HR, finance, website builder and related modules). Each customer gets an isolated workspace with its own database, reached at its own subdomain.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials confidential. You must be legally able to enter contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, in the displayed currency. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Cancellation & suspension
You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Unpaid subscriptions enter a grace period, then the workspace is suspended until payment. We may suspend accounts for abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment.
5. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. On termination you may request an export; we delete workspace data after a reasonable retention window.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, spam, infringement of others' rights, attempts to breach other tenants' isolation, or resale outside an authorized reseller agreement.
7. Service level
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless agreed in a separate enterprise agreement. We back up platform data regularly.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
