HR and payroll

Payroll that pays people correctly — and can show why

From check-in on the phone to the bank file, every deduction on a payslip is backed by a record: attendance, leave, overtime or a statutory rule.

Dopave HR and payroll is part of the Dopave ERP for companies in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Gulf. Employees check in from their phone inside the office's geofence; leave, public holidays and approved overtime flow into a monthly payroll run; salaries are built from basic, housing and transport; and statutory deductions follow the country: GOSI by nationality and the WPS file in Saudi Arabia, social insurance and income tax in Egypt. Every payslip shows how its net was reached, and the payroll posts to the books when it is approved.

What is in it

Attendance from the phone

Geofenced check-in, flexible hours, short and half days, and corrections that a manager approves.

Leave and holidays

Leave balances with carry-over, unpaid leave, and public holidays that are never counted as absence.

Overtime

Measured from real hours, paid at editable rates, with a rest day or holiday counted in full.

Statutory deductions

GOSI (Saudi Arabia) by nationality; social insurance and income tax (Egypt). Rates are editable defaults.

Bank files

The WPS file for the Gulf and a salary transfer sheet for Egyptian banks, from the approved run.

Payslips people can trust

Printable, emailed to the employee's own address, and open to them in their self-service page.

Questions about payroll

Does it deduct for absence if we have not set up attendance yet?

No. An absence is deducted only when attendance was actually recorded; otherwise the payroll run flags it for you to check.

Can we pay end-of-service?

Yes. The end-of-service calculator uses basic plus housing and transport when the salary is broken down, and the whole salary otherwise.
