Studio — build your own modules
When you keep track of something none of the built-in modules covers — competitors, equipment inspections, site permits, vehicles — build it yourself in Studio, with no code. A module is a list of records with the fields you choose, its own page in the menu, a form, a record page with discussion and history, and optional stages with a board.
- 1Open Studio (Administration) and choose how to start: describe it to the AI designer, pick a template, or click “New module”.
- 2Add fields: text, numbers, money, dates, choices, a team member, files — a link to another record (a client, a project or another module), or an automatic number like PRM-0001.
- 3Choose who may view, add and edit, and delete — by role. Admins always can.
- 4A new module is a draft that only admins see. Switch it on when it is ready and it appears in your team's menu under My apps.
Your modules work with the rest of the system: a record shows what links to it (“Linked from”), workflows can fire when a record is created, changed or moves stage — or when one of its dates is reached — reports and pivot tables can use it, and the copilot can find, add and update its records.
Changing a field is safe: a value that cannot be converted is kept beside the record, a removed field is archived with its values, and both can be undone from the Fields tab. The AI designer only proposes — you see every change and choose what to apply.
