Switch to Dopave — moving in from your old system

Settings → Switch to Dopave moves a company in from Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Daftra, Qoyod, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext or plain Excel. Pick the old system and it lists exactly which reports to export. Drop all the files at once: every sheet is recognised by its columns, in English or Arabic, and put in the right load order. A dry run shows what will be added, updated, tidied (phones, dates, Arabic digits, amounts) and what looks like the same record twice — before anything is written. Loading runs in batches through the normal importers, remembers the old system's own id for every row so a second run updates instead of duplicating, and can be undone: records nobody has changed since go to the recycle bin. Opening numbers (trial balance, unpaid invoices and bills, stock, assets) are dated on the go-live date; the trial balance leaves receivables, payables and stock to the items so nothing is counted twice. Type your old system's totals and the page compares them with Dopave's and prints a migration certificate. Odoo can also be read directly (read-only, the API key is stored encrypted), and optional AI help can place an unknown file or turn a PDF report into rows you review.
