Projects Pro (upgrade)

Projects Pro is a paid add-on that upgrades the projects module into a ClickUp/Jira-class experience. The basic board stays free; Pro unlocks drag-and-drop, colored labels, a rich task panel, time tracking, and extra views. Non-Pro workspaces keep the standard board.

1. 1Enable it from Settings → Subscription (or it's included in the Early Adopter plan). A "Pro" badge appears on the project.
2. 2Colored labels: manage them on the project, then tag any task; filter the board by label.
3. 3Drag cards between stages and reorder them; each stage can have a WIP limit. Add tasks inline with the + button.
4. 4Click a card to open the task panel: description, status, assignee, dates, labels, subtasks, attachments and comments with @mentions.
5. 5Track time: start/stop a live timer or log time manually; see logged-vs-estimate per task.
6. 6Switch views with the tabs — Board, List, Calendar, Timeline — and use the filter bar (search, assignee, priority, label) across all of them.
