Stock you can trust, from the supplier to the customer

One stock count shared by purchasing, the factory floor, the warehouse, the till and the online store — and valued the same way in the books.

Dopave Inventory is warehouse, purchasing and manufacturing software inside the Dopave ERP. Stock lives in warehouses and bins, in any unit (pieces, kilograms, metres), with serial numbers and expiry batches where they matter. Purchasing runs from request to supplier quote, approval, order, receipt and bill; manufacturing runs from bill of materials to work order, routing, quality release and job cost. A sales order reserves stock, shows what is missing and can order it from the supplier, so sales, stock and purchasing stay in step.

What is in it

Warehouses and counts

Bins, transfers, printed count sheets, adjustments with reasons, and valuation by average, FIFO or standard cost.

Large catalogues

Tens of thousands of products imported from supplier price lists, searchable by code, with barcode scanning.

Purchasing with control

Requests for quotation sent to suppliers by link, approval bands with two signatures, receiving and three-way match.

Manufacturing

Bills of materials, work orders with their own parts list, routing steps with timers, scrap and partial completion.

Quality and serials

A routine test report per finished unit; a unit that has not passed cannot leave on a delivery note.
