Brand contracts (distribution)

For a distributor working for brands. A contract says the deal (rent of stores and vehicles, goods bought on credit, rent with the stock in your custody, or rent and a commission on sales), the brand, and the branches it covers with the rent each one pays. Starting it raises a monthly rent invoice for each branch, and its own cost center shows what the contract earned, branch by branch.

Under Brand's goods you receive, return, move and count the goods you hold for a brand, and print the custody statement for both sides to sign. These goods are not yours: they are counted by quantity only and never enter your stock value or your books. A contract cannot end while its goods are still in your stores.
